logo printing as a black dot

Hi there

one of our LOGO on the invoice print as a black dot when we send it automatically from Reckon . but when we normally print it from reckon it shows as normal

    I just need a bit of clarification on when and where this is occurring.

    Does this occur when the invoice is printed after its sent via email from Reckon Accounts Hosted? ie. its being printed by the recipient of the invoice, is that correct?

    Conversely, when you print the invoice directly from Reckon Accounts Hosted it prints correctly correct?

    If you send the invoice to yourself from Hosted and then print it, does the same thing occur?


    Also, is there anything unique or out of the ordinary about that specific image file? What is its file type?

    As @Rav mentioned, please provide us with more clarification on what's exactly is happening.

    Along with that please try following the steps mentioned in the attached article for your reference - Logo is black when emailing an invoice - Reckon Help and Support Centre I am hoping this can be of any help to get this fixed.     If you send the invoice to yourself from Hosted and then print it, does the same thing occur?-Yes ., I have re-directed (invoices cced through customer card to our owned email address and get copies of all the emailed invoices to our own email inbox . this all has black dot )

    Also, is there anything unique or out of the ordinary about that specific image file? What is its file type? jpeg
