    Hi folks,

The team are in the final stages of rolling out a fix for this issue and it should be in Reckon One in the next few minutes.

If you can please give it another go in approx 10 minutes and let us know how you get on that would be great.

Thanks for your patience with this everyone.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year everyone! 🎅🎆

I'm on leave from 23 December and back on deck again January 6th.

    Dear @SudeshPrakash ,

Can I see the items you are entering into this new transaction?

It's possible the item you're using may be causing issues when trying to create this payment.

    Kind regards,

The same items have used in creating payments successfully prior to this error appearing.

    Dear @SudeshPrakash ,

Can you provide a screenshot of the whole Make Payments page so I can review in full?

To fix the issue, we need to check over what we can, as this error is not a typical error you should be receiving.

    Kind regards,

    Dear @SudeshPrakash ,

Can you toggle the box that says "Use transaction total" and see if that clears the error?

If not, can you test using a different item to see if you get the same error?

    Kind regards,

    Alexander Mckeown

Yes, I did tick and untick. used newly created items as well as existing.

As soon as I attempt to save, the error pops up.
