Cannot lodge STP as agent

The new update looks great! I cannot lodge as an agent though. I get the "notify ATO of SBR" error:
Although I have already submitted the SID on my access manager. When the new payroll module was first released this was an issue as my client does not have the SID registered under the business access manager (not required to as no access to the software). Is there a way we can revert back to submitting through GovConnect?

Hi @Micehlle,
Since the STP didn't go through, you can resubmit the STP again to ATO via Reckon One Payroll by go to Payrun → Click on 3 dots → Resubmit to ATO.

Has this error on the submission only started appearing since the latest update yesterday? ie. were your previous submissions prior to the update successful?
If so, can I just confirm if you are added a registered agent for the STP entity in GovConnect (in the Company & Advisor section) and/or now within Reckon Payroll in the Tax Agent Settings area? (Settings ➡️ Single Touch Payroll)

Also, can I just clarify the above. Do you mean that the Software ID for the STP entity (ABN) has been registered in your ATO Access Manager? If so, when you sent the latest submission which resulted in the error, did you do so with the toggle set to Submit as Agent OR Submit as Business?

Yes, the error only came up this morning when I lodged. All previous ones through GovConnect have been successful.
Tax Agent settings are all correct in both areas you mention.
I submitted as an Agent. I've registered the SID in my agent access manager. The business owner hasn't registered an SID as they do no do any reporting of STP to ATO.

When it comes to the declaration, did you enter the same name(s) that you used previously when the submission was successful?
Also, can I just get you to double check if the Software ID is still registered in Access Manager? Sorry I know it likely will be but I just want to tick that off.
Finally, and I'm not across the finer details with this so I'm making an assumption but I believe there is also a section in Access Manager to link yourself (registered agent) with a client. Has that also been completed in Access Manager?

Yes, the same names that have been previously entered were used.
The SID is still registered in Access Manager and the client is linked to my Online Services for Agents.

Just a quick update on this. Our team have investigated and believe we've found the cause of this. They're undergoing some further testing and if all is ok then we'll roll out a fix hopefully later today.
I'll keep you posted.

Just a quick update, unfortunately we couldn't push out the fix for this on Friday as the team found we needed to perform some additional testing which prevented release. That testing is happening as we speak so if all goes well there (🤞) we're aiming to have this rolled out tomorrow.
Either way, I'll keep you posted.

Testing went well and the team have pushed out the fix to Reckon Payroll 🎉
No rush but when you've got a chance, can you please try sending through your submission again and let me how you go?
