Novatti payments not working
Hi, I just noticed today that Novatti payments are not working. You can click on the payment option (credit card) but then there is no ability to add card details to make the payment.
I had the same issue back in February.
Last time there was an issue, it took over a week to be sorted. I really need to have this payment option back on line as soon as possible.

Sorry to hear you've run into an issue with your Novatti Payment service. Can I just confirm whether you have already sent through a ticket for this? If so, can I grab the ticket number please?

Hi Rav,
I have emailed them but an hour and a half ago and not received any response. Normally they aknowledge an email quickly.
Unfortunately last time this happened, after I contacted Novatti, getting a solution was very slow. It took at least 7 days. It only seemed to speed up after contacting Reckon.
As this payment option is offered by Reckon, I would like Reckon to take a look. I just cannot afford to have this offline again like last time for so long.
