    Hi @PEARAT,

When you click on the icons what URL did it redirect you to?

    Thanks,

    Nick

    Hi @PEARAT

It doesn't seem to be any specific issue like that. If you can please, try the following-

    • Try a different browser (It could be related to browser issue)
    • Clear cache and browsing history and try again
    • Try disconnecting the sessions and logging-off all the remote-sessions and try again.

Please let us for any concerns. Thank you!

    Regards

    Tanvi

instead of using the icons what happens if you click on the words, like banking, reconcile, or customers - create invoice?

    Hi @PEARAT

Check if there is a prompt/window open in the background that is awaiting action. Try pressing Alt and Page Down or Alt and Page Up buttons to bring any windows in the background to the foreground.

Failing that, does this behaviour persist after you close down the file using File ➡️ Exit and log off the active session in Hosted's control panel before relaunching the file?
