Imported Bank Transactions no longer showing details and some are being duplicated

I just noticed that for the last couple of days our bank transactions which are automatically imported into Reckon (Banking - Bank Transactions) are no longer displaying anything under the "Description" column (eg where the depositors name and remarks etc use to be displayed).

Also some of our bank transactions are now also been duplicated in the Reckon Bank Transactions?

Seems weird as it has worked perfectly for the last couple of years.

Any advice would be much appreciated thanks!

    Thanks for reporting this. Can I just confirm which bank your feeds are coming from that no longer show description information? eg. Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, ANZ etc.

    Is this still occurring for new transactions that have come through since your post?

    Thanks for your reply.

    It's Westpac.

    Nothing else has come through yet (even though we have had some more bank transactions).

    Hopefully something else will come through tomorrow and I will let you know.

    I've just spoken with the product team and we're looking into this at the moment. It seems isolated to transactions from Westpac at this stage and the team are investigating.

    I'll keep you posted on this as soon as I have more info.

    I've just heard back from the team who have advised this should now be resolved.

    Can you please confirm if any transactions that come through from this afternoon onwards show the correct description information as it did previously.
