STP Duplicate Upload
In July 2023, I accidently uploaded the same batch twice.
How do I correct this : -
Will STP year end Finalisation fix this error or do I need to do something else

STP is reported on a Year to Date basis only. If the submission you sent through was a duplicate it won't have had any impact on the overall YTD balances.

Each time you upload a submission, it’s not reporting that specific pay run, it just updates YTD balances meaning any duplications won’t have any impact (as the YTD remains the same) ☺️

Reckon Desktop - STP
I have uploaded same payrun twice and it has brought across to the ATO Portal activity statement the incorrect Gross and PAYG (double the amount of payrun). I know i can edit in the ATO Portal, do i need to do anything in Reckon ? I can see the STP in reckon gross and payg are the same amounts.

No, STP simply updates YTD balances each submission so duplicates have no impact on that 😊
