Super discrepancy between payslips and EOFY report

Employee 1 Pay Slips say SUPER YTD $330 but on EOFY 23-24 Reports says $165

Employee 2 Pay Slips say SUPER YTD $3432 but on EOFY 23-24 Reports says $1980

Not sure how to correct the figure before 14th July.

    Hi @Nilesh

    Have you created/used any custom super items during the course of the financial year in your pay runs and/or initial YTD balances for these employees?

    If you go into the profile of each of these employees and review their initial YTD balances, are there any listed for 2023/24?

    If you go into your companion Reckon One book and generate a Super Contributions by Employee report, what are the totals that show for these employees?
