Initial YTD for terminated employee disappear

I create an employee who are terminated prior to Payroll Premier merge to Reckon Payroll.

I input the FY23-24 Initial YTD, and Save & continue.

After I input everything and saved. When I came back to check, I find that the initial YTD disappeared:

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I have input the initial YTD figures for this employee few time already.

    After I closed Reckon payroll and open it again, then it is fixed.

    This sounds like a strange one 🤔

    So after you logged out of Reckon Payroll and then went back in, the balances you've entered into the initial YTD are 'sticking'?

    Hi Rav,

    Yes, but the balance appears 4 times because I have tried to input 4 times - there are 4 normal hours, 4 transport allowance, 4 PAYG and 4 superannaution in Inital YTD balance when I went back. Then I deleted three of them.
