EOFY Submission Error Status
Hi I'm not sure why out EOFY final STP declaration keeps coming back with an error.
All payrun statuses for the year are green and good and the totals match up however everytime we submit it, it comes back with an error?
Any ideas why?
And I cannot find anywhere to access and save our employee EOFY payment summaries to send to my employees in Reckon Payroll. Is this something we can still do using Reckon Payroll?

Hi @Ben Loke,
Could you please navigate to the STP compliance section and select EOFY in the tab next to pay runs and updates:
After that, please copy a screenshot of the error from the EOFY submission and I will try my best to investigate what is causing it for you.

Ok ay I just looked at the error. I think its to do with one of my employees that moved back home to Argentina?
Do I need to leave their Australian address in his contacts?

I have reverted his address and resubmitted and will see if it goes through.

No worries thanks Lucas. I resubmitted and its saying Pending rather than error so I will check the status again shortly.

Hey Lucas,
Do you know where to access and save our employee EOFY payment summaries to send to my employees in Reckon Payroll. Use to be able to email them our of Reckon One but can't seem to find that option in Payroll?

Unfortunately, we don't have that option anymore for the EOFY, but I can definitely suggestion that to our development team. I'm happy that you managed to get the employee fixed with the STP submission.
I can suggest sending off the last pay run and they can see the year-to-date values on it there.

Just jumping in to provide some context.
As you've noted Payment Summaries are not available in Reckon Payroll. They were replaced by income statements in an employee's MyGov account when STP first rolled out back in 2018 and while they were accessible for a period of time after this, now that STP Phase 2 has taken effect they will no longer show accurate information as the updated reporting requirements under Phase 2 were not part of the old payment summary method, as such they are not available in Reckon Payroll.
