For 2024 no sgc super has been reported through STP2 pay run submissions.

Before I finalise for the year how should i correct this. Super has been paid and reported through the small business clearing house.

    Hi @philippa11

Has super guarantee been added to your pay runs that you've created in Reckon Payroll itself?

If so, have you used the default super guarantee item for super guarantee calculations or have you used a custom super guarantee item that you've created yourself?

Also, just to clarify, do you mean that no super is showing at all ie. a $0.00 balance, for all employees in the 2023/24 EOFY finalisation?

Yes, correct super was not set up to calculate for the last financial year for employees. Some employees reported sal sacrifice contributions but not SGC for the last financial year. No super was shown on employees payslips

    Hi @philippa11

So just to clarify, there hasn't been any super item added in any pay run?

If so, you'll need to go back and edit those pay runs and add the super guarantee item to each employee where necessary so that super guarantee can calculate.

You can do so by reverting the pay run to draft status then select the option to edit and add super.
