Hi

I have one employee where the Salary Sacrifice is different to the RESC. Why is this and where do I start to look please?

Ah I see what you mean @Acctd4, yes the above style of smart-embed will only occur when linking to comments from within the Community. I've raised this with our platform provider for improvement as its not overly intuitive at this stage.

If you click the date in that smart-embed above it will take you to the post it belongs to, or alternatively if you hyperlink like THIS or even link using the main post URL (rather than a comment within the post) it'll appear with a View Post option.

Not sure how to do that hyperlink example but I always open another tab, locate the post & copy the page URL.

This used to then display the (clickable) pasted URL itself, but this doesn’t always happen now … not sure how else to post hyperlinks ? 🤔
