Prior gross payments allocated to Working Holiday Maker status

We have an employee whose tax status changed from Aust Resident to WHM part way through the year. When I look at the detail in the STP report for the payrun in which the change took place, it looks like some of the gross payments from when he was classified an Aust Resident has been allocated to WHM. How/why would this have occurred as I did not make any adjustments?

    Hi @Katrina_Evans

Where specifically are you seeing this? Are you able to provide a screenshot or clear example of where you've observed this?

Hi Rav, please see attached screen shots from the STP report in Reckon Gov Connect. Top shows details for payrun 18/04/24 where the tax status was changed, and the one below shows details for payrun 04/04/24. You will see the gross payments for "SAW" has decreased from $79,388.66 (04/04) to $53,283.50 (18/04). I have also added a screen shot of the payslip from 18/04 - all the YTD totals are fine, its just the split between SAW and WHM that doesn't make sense.
