502 Error
I have been on Reckon Hosted this morning and mid work I suddenly was hit with a 502 Error stating that "CloudFront attempted to establish a connection with the origin, but either the attempt failed or the origin closed the connection. we can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time….."
Is anyone else having similiar issues today or know of a fix?

For about 30 mins and trying several times I was continually getting the 502 error. Just tried again and now I am back working in the cloud

System continually kicking me out after working in it for 5 - 10 mins each time with the 502 error

After speaking with the reckon help line, it seems an answer is to log out completely and reboot the PC. Close launch window & browser and reboot PC, and then restart the browser and lanch window and then relog in. It seems to have worked. I wasn't closing the launch window and was relogging back in from where it kicked me out of when it was giving me the 502 Error (which seems to be an error to do with reckon's Servers).

ah yes that all makes sense, restart is always the best idea and correct logout. I close the file and logout every time I use the program
