Logging into the Reckon Portal and it says MFA not set up

I am trying to receive a code to log in to the portal and lodge stp but it's saying MFA not set up. I have been set up with MFA for years. I entered my recovery code but it says I have to set up MFA - same problem - not receiving code. I tried turning on/off flight mode as previously recommended but no change.

    Hi,

    As with everyone else I couldn't get into the STP portal yesterday.

    This morning I get the Authenticator code and get in but the page is just spooling and goes no futher.

    "Loading Company Data"

    Can someone please help.

    Working now, shut everything down and now works
