Cannot see folder in Control Panel for sharing

Hi. My accountant created a new folder with my company file in it. I can see the folder in my Q drive but cannot see it in control panel when I try to set up other users to share the file. We have 3 licences but only one at a time can now access the file. Any suggestions?

    Thanks Rav. Fortunately Rohit Saxena from your office sorted out the problem. Seems our backup copy was corrupted in some way. He was extremely helpful and eventually sorted out our problem over the weekend. I cannot speak too highly of his expertise in resolving our problem which was highly stressful for our staff that could not even access our files. Please pass on our many thanks.
