moved computers from home and business 2012 to quicken and am trying t deluxe 2013

my old computer died and I was not able to download or register 2012 which I had been using. I have downloaded quicken deluxe 2013 I am trying to register but the internet option does not work at all even though I have checked all the possible issues many times.

Crazy frustrating can anyone help please wasted hours and hours regards
