Payroll sign in error

Hello I signed in Tuesday without a problem (Administrator), trying to sign in now and getting this error. I know the new sign in has been delayed, but have tried both the addresses and get the same error. Thank you - Gayle

    Yes working now Rav, I can sign in from either payroll.reckon.com or portal.reckon.com

    Rav just thought I would let you know since this sign in error above, I have noticed that there is a very quick message pops up on screen, it looks like it says something about to submit a report to the ATO register software ID. Also, all my archived employees returned to the active employees? I have moved them all back to the Archived tab, but just thought it was weird! Regards - Gayle

    Does the message look something like the below?

    If so, then that's a new but normal message, it'll flash up and then disappear fairly quickly as well once your page loads.

    The behaviour around archived employees becoming active again sounds a bit strange though. Can you let me know if that happens again the next time you login to Reckon Payroll.

    Hello Rav

    No it's not that, I see that all the time, this is popping up when you go in to pay runs and is high lighted yellow.

    It starts off "To submit a pay run & something about registering" it is very quick.

    I have given access to Tanvi about something else, you might be able to see it for yourself.

    I think I saw what you're referring to while I was playing around in my own test book today. It looks like the Software ID alert message appears ever so briefly and then disappears again after Reckon Payroll completes the check and finds the option ticked in the book settings.

    That's my assumption anyway but yes it definitely looks like something new. I'll have a quiet word with the product team and see if that's something that can be sharpened up.
