Sign in error

I can login via the Portal so looks like the upgrade is in place but I can't access any of the employee's error message is

Response not successful: Received status code 400

I have payroll tomorrow, any suggestions?

    HI @727019

    Can you please sign out of Reckon Payroll in full, use the Sign Out option in the top right corner and then close down your browser.

    Log back in after a couple of minutes and see if it loads correctly for you.

    Let me know how you get on.

    Hi 727019,

    Apologies if you are still having issue. Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies. If the issue persists, try opening Reckon Portal using the New Incognito Window.

    Thanks for trying. I just checked out your book and the employee list seems to load up normally.

    Can I get you to try a couple of other things;

    • Open an incognito browser window and login to Reckon Payroll and check if the employee list loads successfully for you.
    • Clear your browser cache and cookies and then log back in. Does the employee list load for you after this?
