Error message Reckon Payroll when trying to access Employee
I am receiving the following message when trying to access Employees:
any suggestions as to why this is occurring?

Has this just started occurring for you today?
Can you please clear your browser cache and cookies and then log back in to Reckon Payroll and confirm whether your employee list loads correctly.
Alternatively, if you login to Reckon Payroll on an incognito browser window and see if the employee list loads up normally for you.
