Issue changing to Account Plus & annual plan

Hi I'm currently trying to upgrade my accounting plan to Accounting Plus so I have the Bank Data Module so I can connect my bank account to Reckon One but it keeps saying "Subscription is Active", but its only active on my other book "Bella Loke" but am trying to upgrade "Loke Design". Could you please assist.

    Thanks for flagging this. I'm not quite sure what's happening there but my friend @Jony from the Customer Service team will give you a call shortly to help out with your upgrade.

    Hey @Ben Loke

    This should now be rectified for the Loke Design book. When you login you might notice there is a Reactivate button on the book, click that and follow the prompts to select the plan you'd like and complete the checkout.

    It should go through normally this time around but let us know if you still have any trouble.

    Hi Rav,

    Thanks that has worked but by Reckon Payroll subscription and book has disappeared.

    Did you add payroll to your new plan as well?

    You'll need to ensure you've added a payroll plan with your book subscription. You can add this in the same way to customise your plan but select the Payroll option.

    I'm not at my desk at the moment or I'd attach a screenshot to show it but I'll shoot that through in the morning (if you need it).
