Is Reckon Payroll Down? I can't access payroll to submit my STP?

Hi, not sure if Reckon Payroll is down, but i suddenly have the message

Access Denied

You do not have permission to access this page

    Hi @Arron

    Is this message appearing when you attempt to login?

    If so, which URL are you using to access Reckon Payroll?

    Can you please try using portal.reckon.com and enter your usual login credentials, then click on Reckon Payroll on the left after logging in and try to open your book.

    Does the same thing happen?

    Hi Rav, yes the same thing happens. it was working this afternoon when i was trying to send out the payslips. but now i need to complete to payrun and submit stp. However it is showing the error message?

    Would you be able to have a look at my account for me Rav? please thank you

    also tried to see if i can generate a payroll report in Reckon One - seems like some of the functionality has dissapeared too

    Hmm ok, this sounds a bit strange.

    Are you the owner/admin of the book or is it shared with you?

    Have there been any changes to your access or permission levels recently that you can recall?

    Yes i am the owner/admin. I didn't change anything from this afternoon? i just went to send some payslips. logged out and now i cant log back in. Just says Access Denied no matter what i try.

    Ok, I'm going to need to speak with the dev team about this further. Unfortunately I'm not going to have much luck at this time of the evening.

    I know this isn't ideal so I do apologise but can you try logging in again in about 30 minutes or so and let me know if you encounter the same message?

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with Reckon payroll access.

    As Rav mentioned, he will discuss this with the development team. In the meantime, could you please check your email to share the book with us? I have already sent a request to share the book with support. This will help us investigate the issue more efficiently and without delay.

    I've just tried accessing your book and going through to payroll and it seems to have loaded up normally on my end.

    Are you still encountering the same message if you try this morning?

    If you open an incognito browser window, then try to access Reckon Payroll, does it result in the same error?
