Ozedi Issues

I have managed to create the Superstream Batch and Lodge to Ozedi, no dramas.

Once I log in to the Ozedi Portal, I can see the file sitting there, with a Big Red ERROR next to it.

I'm told this Error is a Date Format Error, and I need to download the file as a spreadsheet, edit the spreadsheet, and re-upload the spreadsheet with the new date format.

My question is: Is this Date format a Reckon Setting that I can change, so I don't have to keep doing this ?? Cheers, Ron.

    Hi Ron

    Is this a new occurrence? ie. Have your previous super stream lodgements in the Ozedi portal shown up correctly without this error?

    Or is this your first time doing so?

    If it's the former, is there anything different about this particular payrun and/or super in comparison to your previous lodgements?

    Ok thanks for that.

    I've tried searching for your account using the email address registered on your Reckon Community account but it looks like your Reckon One account may be associated with a different email. I'll shoot you a private message to grab your account details.

    Also, are you able to post a screenshot of the error messages you see on the Ozedi Portal as that would be helpful and I'll see if I can reach out to a few folks on my end to see if there's any insight on what's happening.
