Can't login to payroll
Hi, anyone having issues logging in to payroll? I logged in this morning and it was all good now I am getting the message Access Denied you do not have permission to access this page?Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks, Bernadette

Ok I've just sent you an access request to the book, it'll come through as a separate email to the registered email address that the book is under.
Can you please grant access when you have a chance and let me know.

Thanks for granting access @727019, I've just had a look and I can see what you're referring to.
I know this isn't ideal and I do apologise but I can get you to try and access Reckon Payroll again in about 30 minutes and let me know if you're able to access it correctly. In the meantime, I'm going to report this to my product dev team for investigation.
I'll also check recheck your book shortly to monitor.
