Hi, is there a way to run a detailed payroll report for a terminated employee?

Thanks, Bernadette

    Hi Bernadette

    Yes you most certainly can.

Here's an example from my test book showing a Payroll Detail report for an employee I've terminated (note the inclusion of the final termination pay run at the bottom).

Hi Rav, thanks for that, I can run this in payroll but not in the reckon reports section is that right?

    Morning Bernadette,

Do you mean in your companion Reckon One book? If so, then yes the Payroll Detail report is available there as well and will generate the same data including any terminated employees that fall within the time period you're generating the report for.

Hi Rav, yes I knew you could run the payroll detail report but I only want to run for one terminated employee but I can't select the terminated employee as they don't appear on the list of employee's. Am I missing something? Is there a tick box to include terminated in the list and then I can select. Thanks,

Hmm ok that's interesting. No there's no option to include terminated employees in the report, they should just appear in the list to select from.

Is it just this one specific terminated employee that isn't appearing or do all your other terminated employees not appear either?
