Yes We have this problem also but when it is emailed, it looks correct at the recipients ends. We don't need 3 decimal points.

Yes, I have the same problem, how can what you email and what you print be different? I find this a bit concerning. They should be the same

To be honest, I'm not sure why that's happening yet but I'll try and find out what's going on there.
So just to clarify, this has only just started happening since Reckon Payroll became unified with Reckon One a little earlier this week?

Yes Rav it has only started happening since the update this week. Payslips printed and emailed with only 2 decimal places before the update.

Thank you! I did notice the option to pay and email payslips was offline today but it was still not fixed last time I checked.

Yes, we temporarily disabled the ability to view and send payslips while we worked through an (unrelated) issue today but that has since been resolved and payslips are fully available now 🙂

Is it now a requirement to show three zeros in payroll?, this is what is showing up on payslips and pushing the $ out of whack

same here. can reckon advise how to change this? Prefer to have it back to the2 decimal place - the current 3 decimal place is making the payslip quite out of alignment
