payroll layout changed
hi, reckon has changed new layout of payroll, this results i can not search my employee in certain period, could you please help me out. thanks

The screenshot above shows the pay run list screen. Which report are you trying to generate specifically?
If you click on the menu button in the top left corner (the button that has 3 lines), then you'll see the main menu navigation. Click on Reporting and then you'll have access to the full suite of reports within your Reckon One book.

What and how are you searching for specifically and how were you doing so prior to the unification of Reckon Payroll to Reckon One?

hi thanks for you response
i am looking for my employee payslip for last 3 months, i had no problem before, however, payslip report is not availablt today as the interface has been changed, i am using reckon one payroll. thanks

We've temporarily disabled the ability to view and send payslips due to an issue that we're currently investigating. Check out more info on this here - Issue with previewing and sending payslips from Reckon One
We hope to have more information to share on this later this morning. Sincere apologies for the inconvenience this is causing at the moment.

Just another update to let you know the issue with payslips has been resolved and you should now be able to access payslips again as normal.
Please give it another go and let us know if you still have any trouble.

sorry Rav , issue is still there, as reckone payroll now displays new version, i am now unable to generate payroll report. please see the picture. thanks
