How do you retrieve transactions on hold for my POS.

How do you retrieve transactions on hold for my POS. Dont know how it went on hold...but need to clear it...I went thru and created the F1 as the button to get the list but it doesnt show the transaction on hold.??

    no....nothing on our screen...dont even know how it went on hold.??

    it says on the screen and end of day says it can not complete due to the trans on hold
