Emails stopped working.

Dear All, just recently I'm having problems with emailing forms, invoices from Quickbooks (sorry - from Reckon Accounts). I'm getting a pop-up "Could not print to printer. Check your printer selection. Printing may have been canceled from another program" - every time I'm hitting Email button. I'm not sure why this is happening. Is it a Windows update issue? I'm running Reckon Accounts Premier Edition installed on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Or maybe it is connected to Adobe Reader update? Just weird. Hope someone can help. Cheers, Mac

Which year version of Reckon Accounts Premier are you using? 2013/2014/2015?
Have you just upgraded?
