I have installed a reckon elite tax in a new computer and my AnyConnect is not working

We would need specific details to be able to advised correctly on this. Eg the actuall error you are getting or a copy of the ELS log as there are a number of different errors it may be.
The other option is to contact Elite support on 1300 277 787 or email at elite.support@reckon.com
