Hi
I have a client who is getting the following message - just with one user.
Your forms were not sent because Reckon a/c could not create
the necessary pdf files. Either reckon a/c pdf converter is missing or not functioning properly.

Solution
Reinstall the Reckon a/c pdf converter while signed and a windows admin user to solve this problem.
Any suggestions appreciated.
thanks

Hi there, Is this a one time, or ongoing issue,...I mean, have you tried logging the user off, then back in again. [just a thought] ....as all the functionality for Accounts Hosted, resides on the "host site" server, not locally on the users system.0

This is the first time it has happened. I'll get the client to try logging off.

Hi Everyone,
This problem points to an issue with the particular Hosted session.
Best to close out of this session and close the browser. Wait 5 minutes and login again.
regards,
