Hi all,
Ever since I have installed window 10 on my computer I have to re-register Payroll Premier 2013-14 every week. Can anyone help?

Thank you for your post!
Firstly if you are using payroll Premier 13-14, I would advise you to do an upgrade to 15-16 as 13-14 is not up to date version and technically supported version.
Now, if the problem persist after upgrade or even while you are on the same version, try the below in order.
1. Close Payroll>
2. Open file explorer and delete q company.tps file.
go to C:\ qprollv22 ( for 2013-14 or qprollv24 for 2015-16)\ Data\ Qcompany.tps> Right click> Delete.
3.Close file explorer
4. Right click on Payroll Premier icon> Properties> Compatibility > Tick- Run this program as an administrator"> Apply> OK
5. Open Payroll premier.

Thank you Babi, it seems to work OK. My version is 13-14 but when is open in left top corner is displaying Payroll Premier 2015-16. I don't understand.

Hi Jason,
Great to hear that its working !
Best way to find out what version you are running is to confirm what tax scales is program picking up. Go to List> PAYG TAX SCALES> make sure its picks up 2015.
You can also confirm the version from Help>About> it should pick up the right version there.

Let me know if any issues, sometimes this problem could be with the system clock not having correct date and time or region selected, so make sure its is current as well.

Hi Babi, I am still having the same problem with my Payroll Premier 2012-13 version.
It was always 12-13 version not 13-14. Still need to re-register every week and registration person
can't help any more than giving me a set of new numbers.

Sorry to hear that the problem has recurred again!
Payroll 12-13 is technically not supported any more for which it restricts us to further investigate on this matter while you are same version since we provide support on last two versions only. Having said this, you can still try the same thing ( as mentioned in before conversations) but if its recurring, there could be other things interfering the activation or there might also be a compatibility issue with older programs on newer operating system for which we need to investigate. Therefore, I would kindly advise you to be on the latest version-16 and we can do more investigations and help you fix the issue!
Once you do the upgrade and if you follow the steps as mentioned above, I reckon it should work else you could let me know.
