Unrecoverable error when attempting to Re-Sort List

I've been trying to re-sort my customer list and I keep getting this error message. What should I do now?

Hi Andrew. I've rebooted but haven't tried a data verify/rebuild (only did one two weeks ago). What's AV?0

Did a verify / rebuild. Got this.
Now trying to view the log and this is as far as I've got:

I can't locate it. That's my problem. I've gone through the steps at https://community.intuit.com/articles/1200187-find-qbwin-log-files and I get stuck at the Product Information screen.0
