Field length of "Bill To" in QB invoice

We use Accounts Enterprise desktop.
We lately have more and more clients requesting us to include extra info in the invoices such as their business unit name, departmental ID number etc., and they want those info to be in the "Bill to" field, not in the description. So now we have the problem of not enough space in the field - I counted, max 5 lines and 42 characters each line are allowed.
Does anyone know a way to get around this limitation? Thanks!

Hi Teresa. The only way that I know of trying to cater for this is to abbreviate as much as possible and have the requested information flow from one line to the next as much as you can. Obviously you cannot flow info into say the City line. It might not look overly professional but it seems to be the only viable option.

Hi John, yeah that's what we have been doing but just thought that there might be a way to somehow expand or override the limitation. These requests mainly came from our financial institute clients.
Thank you for taking your time to reply.0
