Leave Not Accruing

An employee has been set up to accrue leave with catch up balances entered. The payroll items have the "include in Every Hour worked" leave accruals ticked. The leave accrual still didn't accrue with next payrun, although the accrued to date matched the new totals put in. Attached is a screen shot of the leave set up. I'm sure there is something simple that I need to set ... somewhere?

Takebthe 0.00 out of maximum hours and it will work properly. You need to make sure tjis field is blank..5
