tax scales blank in payroll premier 2018/19

I've managed to do the first pay run and everything is correct. However, when I went back to payroll premier list of tax scale are gone. Under employee profile taxation tab there is no option to choose tax scale.

    Welcome to the Reckon Community, Lei.

    Is your Payroll Premier installed on a single PC?  if so, you will need to uninstall and reinstall Payroll Premier 2018-19.

    If your Payroll Premier is installed on a network, then this guide will help you get the tax files to where they are needed.
