I have created an accountants copy of our file in reckon accounts desktop and since then, our payroll YTD figures have gone haywire on all payslips current and prior. It may be a coincidence and not connected to the accountants copy, but has anyone else heard of this or know how to fix it? Thank you.

I imported accountants changes and my accounts no longer reconcile. Don't know what's gone on.... It's currently with the accountant.0

I haven't even imported any changes, it seems to be only since I've created the copy.0

Hi Jenna
If you say the YTD has gone haywire prior to Accountants copy as well, I would possibly consider they were out prior to the accountants copy. Can you go back to some previous payslips and/or restore the backup to check before you move forward. If this is the case you may need to restore the backup and contact tech support, or check online for a solution to the exact problem.0 -
Thank you. I upgraded to the latest 2019 version as we were still using last years version and now everything seems to be ok. Not sure what happened. Thank you for your help.0
