Password not working

It keeps saying the password is incorrect, but I didn't change it and I'm the only one using it almost everyday for the last 3 years. Checked the caps lock, and the password is just not working.

Hi Natalie,
Caps lock isn't working today. But I found if I turned off caps lock and held down the shift key for capital letters, it worked. Hope it does for you too.

Hi everyone, if you have the same problem, try logging in from internet explorer. That solved my problem.
