Extending License for Reckon Accounts

Hi All,

I need to urgently extend my license for Reckon Accounts as it has expired for 2018 and we now have a 2020 subscription.

The problem is when doing the mandatory backup before converting to a 2020 data file type, the backup hangs at 15% and will not complete, therefore I cannot open up our file on reckon accounts 2020 and cannot record transactions which I need to begin at 4am tomorrow morning!

Any help is much appreciated.
