Update File
How to I get around this and get the work done I need to this morning? Why can't I schedule for a later time?

it Shouldn’t take too long to update the file and it’s because the hosted program has been updated. This has been around for a while

is it the NZ version? I believe that was only just released

Yes. Was the NZ version. Not sure what I have done but managed to get myself logged in so can now get on with todays wages etc and will get back to running the update later. Phew! Should really be an option to schedule update for a later time/date

I was supprised that you had no previous notice that this was coming. I hope that you are in your current file not an older one that may be on your system.
