Accessing hosted company file after trial expiry?

My free hosted trial ended yesterday.  I've just now purchased a 12-month subscription to reckon hosted, but when I log in I cannot see my company file.  How do I find my old company file now so that I can continue to use it?  Thank you.

Did the trial expire before you bought the full version? Did you back up the data from the trial version? When you get the full version what used to happen is your profile waa changed. Is this no longer thae case?

Hi Kevin. Thanks for replying. I think the trial version expired on Saturday, which was the same day that I purchased the subscription. But I received a reminder email on Friday, saying that if I wanted to use it after Saturday I would need to buy it. No, I didn't back up the data from the trial version. I didn't even know that you could do that. I assumed that because it's all backed up online I wouldn't need to back up to my hard drive. I'm new to cloud hosting so please forgive my ignorance :)
