When I do a SBU (scheduled back up, I keep getting the old files i.e. 2012-2013) If I do a manual backup I get the correct files 2014. What am I doing wrong?

Have you checked the directory where you are saving your scheduled backups?0

Thanks Sally, I have tried this and it still does not save.
It is really weird, when a do just a manual back up it works fine.
It is just the SBU that does not work, I am saving these backups to the same folder as the manual backups. It is though the system is ignoring the SBU command.

Hi Kevin, yes I have checked the directory.
I have since uninstalled the 2012/13 programme and just left the 2014 version. Since doing that the SBU are not happening at all. Although when I do a manual backup it works...weird!
