link to best instructions to process STP accounts hosted

What is the best, simplest, most up to date instruction (link) for STP for accounts hosted. I have uploaded 3 files and every time it is a crapshoot to try and get the file uploaded. Push every button til something works. I download the file on the computer like ABA but that doesn't seem to connect. I do the same things a couple of times and then presto it appears.

    Hi Luke
    I have reviewed both files. I cannot find in either one the steps to take after you hit lodge in the Reckon Hosted program (where you first tick the employees and indicate full replacement file). I would like  step by step instructions on how you actually get the file to upload into GovConnect. 
    Sorry if I missed it in the files provided.

    Cathy - I have a client (albeit on RA desktop, rather than Hosted) who has to "refresh" this page to get their uploaded file to show.

    Assuming you have already clicked the "Upload" button & followed that process, try pressing F5 on your keyboard once you get back to this screen .... Does that work for you?
