When trying to use Online Banking it takes about 30 minutes for the screen to activate. Once I have viewed my payments and made and saved the file and then exited from online banking, my session with online hosting has to close and I have to re launch my session/log in again. Why?
Sorry to hear about that Sue. Have you tried any alternate browsers, if so do you receive the same issue? Have you called tech support for one to one attention? This would be the best course of action, I'm yet to hear of any related issues from other users. Thus, troubleshooting to get to the root cause of the issue would be best. ^Mirko
