Paying Bills Via Credit Card

Hi has anyone had the issue when paying a bill via a credit card then recording this in Reckon that the bill for some reason has a balance remaining even though you have entered the full amount?

Not me. When I pay the bill using the credit card, it stays paid.

Hi Ann - are you able to put up a screen shot of the bill entry?  if you have mixed tax codes or if you have a bill that results in negative GST - then this is likely to cause this issue when paying?

Thanks Linda I had a look at the entry and that appears to be the issue. All sorted now
