This is the first time I've tried to setup automatic bank feeds for the credit cards in the business.
I get the following error when I try to import the credit card bank statements.
Can someone please assist?
I've also tried to change the qbo file default program but I am not sure of the current version we have.

Hi qbaccounts,
After you have tried importing the QIF file, please then try importing the file as a QBO file.
To do this go to Files > Utilities > Import > Web Connect Files
Hope this helps.

Hi Luke, I have imported the QBO file through Web Connect Files. What is the next step?
Sorry this is all new to me, is there a way I can add all the credit card transactions to the cc account and then edit the supplier name, expense accounts and descriptions manually?
