Could I have a clear set of instructions on how to transfer my QDATA files after installing the latest Personal Plus on a new computer. I have backed up on a flashdrive ready to do this. The following shares are not recognised when updating the register even though the ticker is correct. Hub.ax, XYZ.ax, Santos.ax,Amcor. AMC.AX, Betashares. CRED.xa. Can someone advise on this?
I am on Reckon accounts home and business v31. When I open reckon, all I get is "N/A" for the file name and a total in the account. When you try to open each account, there is no data at all. Can any one advise on this. On discussions with Reckon they have the current email on their files but the login will only accept the old email. Reckon stated i have to go to the community page to get the answer??
This seems to going well but now in can't seem to add additional shares to an account. It now only wants to edit the last item. There doesnt seem to be an add now. There was a dividend on the 1st of the month but i cant enter it. Am i missing something?

I've check that I'm using the correct ticker from ASX. EG Vanguard Australian Shares Index ETF (VAS) I have tried ASX:VAS but still doesn't work It was working for a few weeks then stopped. Any help would be appreciated. Manually updating is a pain.
