Hi there, I keep getting the same error when trying to backup an existing file and the backup fails giving me the Error Code 6909.
Dividends are regularly entered in my Personal Plus dividend account but a recent trial run of the Dividend Report revealed that 4 dividend amounts are missing from the report although the corresponding Imputation credits, from early Oct. 2020, are correctly shown. Can anyone please explain this unusual occurrence?
When I loginto Accounts Pus 2021 the QDF file does not laod automatically. I have go and open it manually?

According to Bloomberg the ticker code for the fund I have is ANZBAGR:NZ however when I look it up in Reckon home and business 2021 it fails to find the code and I'm unable to download quotes.
