Hello team, The STP submission has been stuck in "pending" status for a couple of hours. Normally, it uploads within a minute, or I receive an error within 1-2 minutes. We store some of our frozen stocks at an external cold storage facility. We issue a bill to the facility noting the quantity and since there is no cost to the facility, we edit the cost to ZERO. our annual license should be expired in mid of Nov and I've renewed our license online in Oct 2024 already. Starting from yesterday, we see the warning when opening the Reckon Accounts every time. We should have installed the upgrade in Aug 2024, tried to click "File menu > Refresh license" but the same warning messageā¦
Has something recently changed with Hotmail/Outlook as I am unable to send emails from Reckon since last weekā¦this is the set up in Reckon I am waiting on our external IT people getting back to me, but I thought I would try our community first I need to sort this before end of month to send out statementsā¦.. I use Reckon desktop. I have just added in a new employee and processed his first pay run. There were 4 days in October that have been paid for super which show on his pay slip When I print the report to see how much I have to pay all the employees for super to the Clearing House the new employees super amount is notā¦
Is there a report that will show me a column with the % so I can double check each pay has the correct % against it?
I have a very old version of Reckon - Reckon Accounts Plus 2019 - which I am able to open, however I cannot generate any reports beyond the last year of operation namely 2019. I need a wages report for an employee for long service leave purposes and am stymied. Can anyone help?
