im on hosted reckon i upgraded the file in july and have been using the file but today i cant log in when i select version 2023 it tells me i have upgraded the file and cant log into 2022 version whats going on anyone experiencing this. ive log a ticket but the 3rd is only a few days away.

My TPAR report trial for the year ending 2022 is showing total payments made to a subcontractor even though each of the payments made were split into two categories, business and non business. On my Payroll Summary I have 2 payroll items that are Addition allowances that appear in the Gross section that I wish to have shown in the Additions after Tax on the Payroll summary.. Hi Team, The default rate is 10.5% on the Super Details screen when I am adding New Employees after 1st July 2023. The Payroll Item list has 11.0% on it, so I am not sure why new employees from 1st July 2023 have a 10.5% super on their card. Hope you can help. Thanks

Hello, Our business is going through a restructure and is changing to a new ABN as of the 1st August. Apparently the recommendation by accountants has been to just update the current company file with the new information, rather than creating a new company file as we use Reckon to talk to another program we use, which theyā¦
